Precision Completion & Production Services Ltd ('PCPSL') is currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team. PCPSL operations a fleet of 5 workover rigs in the Northern US. This position is responsible for supporting our Operations Leaders as well as our Sales Team with a variety of administrative duties, including:

  • Administration of weekly payroll timesheets for shop staff
  • Recruitment of Field personnel including phone screening of candidates and making hiring recommendations to the Field Superintendent
  • Onboarding of successful candidates including collecting necessary certifications/tickets, scheduling all required pre-employment medical testing, initiating and monitoring background checks, and administration of all new hire paperwork
  • Identifying and making recommendations on job fairs to attend. Travel to other regions/states may be required to participate in the job fairs.
  • Partnering with community media sources such as radio, digital advertisers, and news publications to advertise available positions
  • Ensuring employee data is accurate in all systems, including submitting position change forms, new hire paperwork, and termination paperwork to Payroll in a timely manner
  • Ordering and tracking of Personal Protective Equipment to ensure supplies are available to distribute to new hires
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  • Administration of compliance management systems
  • Other administrative duties as assigned such as (but not limited to) arranging for garbage bin removal, metal bin recycling, and application of business licenses

    What we require:

    • Minimum of 3-years experience in an administrative role
    • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft products including word, excel, and outlook
    • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
    • Strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities without missing assigned deadlines
    • Strong communication skills including written and oral
    • Ability to work as a team member with the staff situated in Williston, but also remotely with the Personnel and Recruitment team located in Canada
